Can I leave the US with a pending I-485 without advance parole?
I filed I-485 based on an I-140 (EB-2) three months ago. I urgently need to fly to my sick mother in Canada. I have a valid H-1B visa. Does "advance parole" apply automatically or do I need to get it?

I overstayed my visa by 4 years. What are realistic legalization options?
I entered on B1/B2 in 2022 and overstayed. I work for cash. Not married, parents live in Georgia (the country). Is there anything realistic I can do or do I need to leave?
